The Alumni 2020 retreat focused on practicing and teaching the boundless qualities of heart: Kindness, Compassion, Joy and Spaciousness.

Mark and Martin explored contrasting and complementary approaches for deepening in personal practice, and a variety of skillful means for teaching others. Below are a few quotes from participants about how much they appreciated the teachings.

The recordings are now available to those who followed the retreat. For other alumni, you can purchase the recordings to follow the material yourself.
